Our First Doubles Event!

GBHL80: I Will Carry Him If I Must

Yesterday saw the Melton Table Top Community run out very first ever Doubles event!

We had a record breaking turn out of 60 players, an not a single person dropped out, making it our most successfully attended event to date!

Our events are always intended to be fun first, and it has become tradition for Scott and I to provide some form of lunch time entertainment for all to take part in!

This time, we ran what is sure to be a future classic, GOOD PRIZE/SHIT PRIZE BINGO!

Every player (yes, all 60!) went home with a prize yesterday. So of them were really good, most were questionable, and some were really REALLY shit!

The goodies up for grabs ranged from miniatures, to board games, to stickers and old burger king toys!

The upper two shelves were the main event prizes, but everything on the lower three shelves went home with lucky (or less lucky) bingo players!

We also had an award up for grabs for the best dressed pair, encouraging folks to come in fancy dress or their best finery!

Ash even brought along a musical instrument for additional whimsy!

And of course we always like to reward the efforts of all of our attendees whenever we host an event!

This weekend was no different!
